Set up the portal
A portal is created under the debtor’s name and logo, linked to the opening decision and court reference.
Open claims
The proceeding is announced and the creditor portal opens to receive claims within the statutory period.
Run it through to closure
Claims, meetings, reports and distributions are all managed from the same portal until the proceeding closes.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for joining the network
Membership is open to licensed bankruptcy trustees and approved firms working on bankruptcy proceedings. The platform team verifies the documents before activating an account.
Creditors do not register here — every creditor has an account inside their debtor’s proceeding portal.
